Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with FERN (Convention Center equipment provider) to obtain pipe and drape, chairs, tables, carpet, message boards, stanchions, telepoles and cross bars for banners, etc for community booths and other areas of the show (i.e., Info Booth, Donations, Kids Clay, Sales, Group booth, etc.) in the exhibition hall.
• Collaborate with FERN to obtain tables if needed.
• Collaborate with the Ceramic Showcase Chair to obtain upholstered chairs for Demonstrations, Sales, Holding which are provided by OCC.
• Collaborate with FERN to determine pricing and fulfillment methods (number of drape panels per 10’, tables (covered, skirted, tall), etc.
• Collaborate with FERN to agree on accounting/invoicing methodology that easy invoicing review and speed payment (named sections on the invoice, accounting of pipe and drape for adjacent booths/areas, etc.).
• Install and de-install the street signs according to the aisle names on the map.
