    Show Date: November 20th - 22nd, 2020 

    Location: Medford Oregon 

    Cost: 

    • Half booth - $50 for a 10'x5' booth.
    • Full booth - $75 for a 10'x10' booth.
    • Group booth - $25 approximately 4 feet of shelf space (4 linear feet wide and several feet high with 4 shelves)  

    Commission: 15% is collected at central checkout (artists do not handle sales) 

    Application Due: Must be postmarked on or before June 1st, 2020 

    Fees Due: Sent with application

    Note: You must be a Clayfolk member for a full year January to December prior to the show. If you are not a member its only $16 a year, APPLY TO BE A MEMBER

    Show Date: October 10th & 11th from 10-5

    Location: Tigard High School 9000 SW Durham Road Tigard, OR 97224

    Cost:

    • $85 - 8'x8' booth 
    • $130 - 10'x10' booth 

    Commission: 20% is collected at central checkout (artists do not handle sales)

    Application Due: May 15th, 2020 (this show is juried and free to apply) 

    Fees Due: August 15th for accepted artists

    Show Date: October 9th - 11th 

    Location: Lane County Fair Grounds, 796 W 13th Ave, Eugene, OR 97402 

    Cost: 

    • Half booth - $90 for a 10'x5'
    • Full booth - $155 for a 10'x10'

    Commission: 16% collected from booths (artists do not handle sales) 30% from Gallery items. 

    Application Due: Must be postmarked on or before May 10th, 2020 

    Fees Due: August 15th for accepted artists 

    NOTE: You must be a Local Clay member to apply, becoming a member is easy and only $20 which can be sent with your application.

    Show Date: Every Saturday and Sunday until Christmas Eve (temporarily closed due to COVID-19

    Location: 2 SW Naito Parkway Portland, OR 97204 

    Daily Booth Cost: 

    • Low Season (Feb 29 - April 30) - Saturday $57, Sunday $30
    • High Season (May 1 - Sept 30) - Saturday $68, Sunday $30 
    • Low Season (October 1 - Dec 24) - Saturday $57, Sunday $30  

    Commission: none (artists handle sales) 

    Application: rolling applications 

    Fees Due: $25 application fee

    Location: Pure Space, 1315 NW Overton, Portland, Oregon 

    Cost: 

    • 8' x 8' booth - $290
    • Corner 8' x 8' booth - $340
    • 10' wide x 8' deep booth - $340 
    • 16' wide x 8' deep booth - $545

    Commission: none, artists handle all sales 

    Application Due: May 27th, 2020 

    Fees Due: $35 application fee, booth payment due after acceptance on May 22nd (no later then June 26th)

    Location: Bend, Oregon 

    Cost: 

    • Half booth - $110 for a 10'x5' 
    • Full booth - $140 for a 10'x10'
    • Gallery Only - $20, plus 20% commission 

    Commission: 15% collected from booths (20% from Gallery) 

    Application Due: June 15th, 2020 

    Fees Due: Sent with application 

    Applications Available March 1st: APPLY NOW

    Note: must be a member of Clay Guild of the Cascades, $20 for a year which can be sent with application.
