OPA is a membership organization managed solely by member volunteers. There are approximately 70 to 80 job positions in the organization’s three primary management groups, the OPA Board of Directors, the OPA Program Coordinators, and the Ceramic Showcase Steering Committee. Many of the jobs may be shared by two or more members. Meetings of these groups usually begin with a potluck and some social time.
