Applications for booths at Ceramic Showcase 2023 are closed. Gallery only applications accepted w/ $20 non-refundable late fee  are still accepted until March 16.

Open to the public

Friday, April 28th   10am - 7pm

Saturday, April 29th 10am - 6pm

Sunday, April 30th 10 am - 4pm

Each day all vehicles must be out of the loading zone by 9:45 am in order for the show to begin.

    • Showcase Sponsorship Coordinator: Develop and maintain financial and in-kind relationships with businesses and individuals that are willing to contribute to Ceramic Showcase.
    • Showcase Committee Placement Chair Trainee: Obtain Chairs, Co-Chairs and trainees for committees as the positions are vacated.
    • 2024 Showcase Publicity Chair
    • Showcase Secretary: Take notes and compile minutes of Showcase Steering Committee Meetings

      Take a peek into this informal gathering of new and experienced Oregon Potters Association members as they discuss what Ceramic Showcase is and how artists can make the most of their participation this amazing annual event.



      Booth Building 101 or
      “How to build your booth!”

      This Zoom workshop discusses the many ways to approach furnishing your booth. Is this your first time taking part in Ceramic Showcase?  Have you had a booth before, but find yourself thinking about how you might make improvements?  Join us as we explore various effective and easy booth designs,  display ideas, as well as recommendations for lighting on a budget. Guest panalists Stephanie Burton,  Janet Buskirk,  Amy Fields and Denise Krueger share their experiences and answer participants' questions.
