Showcase Steering Committee Meetings are usually the first Wednesday of each month.

OPA Board Meetings are during the 2nd week of each month, exact days for 2025 TBD.

Members are welcome to attend any of these Meetings

Meeting Agenda:

1)     Dawn Panttaja – 2026 Space, Guilds participation in 2026, 1-5 Lot.

2)     Janet Buskirk – New Members Q & A Zoom during Showcase registration period.

3)     Maya O’Neill – request for clarification about combining points for full booth sharing. 

4)     Janet Buskirk – Individuals who want booths next to each other, points averaging and simultaneous booth selection; clarification.

5)     Becky Clark – receiving payments at the booth picking meeting.

6)     Rocky Jaeger – Social Media progress, discussion of posting additional links to facilitate uploading of images after registration is completed.

7)     Dennis Portz – unfilled Showcase positions remaining.

8)     Allison Chown, in new capacity as Development Chair – updated sponsorship packet in progress.

9)     Aubrey/Larry – mapping Showcase ’25. 

10)                        Lynn Latta – Welcome to new Publicity Chair, discussion of materials to be printed.

11)                        Booth pick meeting is set for Multnomah Arts Center, Friday February 28. Best date available!
