Friday, January 17, 6:30pm: OPA Member Meeting at Multnomah Art Center. At this meeting we will:
Vote for the 2025 Board;
Honor our 2024 Volunteers;
Eat a delicious potluck dinner.

Title: "It Takes a Village" and a Tradition.
The Plan: The January OPA meeting has always been lively as we vote for new Board Members, pass the torch to a new President and look back on 2024. Traditionally, the last part of the meeting has been to give recognition and appreciation to those who went above and beyond in making everything work for the rest of us.
Nominations: The Board and Committee Chairs are asked to spotlight people who contributed ideas, time and effort, worked behind the scenes, who picked up the slack, who showed up and did what needed to be done.
And There will also be time for any of us to give a spontaneous shout-out of appreciation to our colleagues who did something for us personally or for others. Perhaps not something major, but something that was helpful, supportive or just kind. All of us are in this together and it takes all of us to make the community work.
