The first planning Meeting for Ceramic Showcase 2027

If you are a Committee Chair, or want to help plan Showcase 2027 in any manner at all, or if you are curious about Showcase, please join us!

This meeting is in person, but we will have a Zoom hybrid option.

Sunday, August 2, 11am-4pm

At the Saint John's Clay Collective, 6635 N Baltimore Ave in Portland (near Cathedral Park & St John's Bridge)

Parking is available behind the building that can be accessed on the west side (railroad tracks) of the building complex.

A potluck style lunch will begin at 11:15 am and grazing / snacking will be allowed during the meeting. 

We will begin the meeting promptly at 11:30 am. 

Please plan to bring:

- a food dish to share

- a chair

- a plate and utensils to eat with 

Fizzy water will be provided. 

Please send showcase chair anything for the agenda by the end of the day Friday, July 31

Please summarize your proposals and thoughts. 

Due to everyone’s busy schedule, we will allow for 5 minutes to propose an idea and small discussion after. Ideas requiring more time and attention will need to be taken to a smaller committee and then proposed at a future meeting.
