    Now in its 42nd year, the Wild Arts Festival celebrates the natural world in art and books. This is one of the premier regional art shows featuring work focused on nature in both medium and theme. All proceeds of the Wild Arts Festival benefit the programs of Portland Audubon.


    The Wild Arts Festival will feature approximately 60 artists in a lively atmosphere, with an anticipated attendance of 5,000 people. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit with and purchase the work of regional artists and authors. In addition, we will have our popular Book Fair and Silent Auction. 

    Application Details
    To submit your application we require:
    •  Five digital images of your current work
    •  A sixth image of your booth set up
    •  Artist statement and list of any previous show experience

    Art Eligibility

    All media and styles of art are eligible. A combination of original work and reproductions of artists’ originals will be allowed. Art may not contain bird feathers or bones. Any exceptions to these guidelines will be at the Artist Committee's discretion.

    All art should include one or more of the following elements:
    •  Nature or wildlife as a subject
    •  Natural materials as medium
    •  Art that promotes environmental sustainability or uses recycled materials

    TROUTDALE ARTS FESTIVAL Previously Known as Fall Festival of the Arts

    Troutdale Arts Festival Mission

    To connect, support, and present the thriving community of artists, studios, workshops, and galleries in our region; and to build awareness of the West Columbia Gorge as a Fine Art destination.

    Join Cascadia Arts Association at the Troutdale Arts Festival presented by FedEx on Saturday, May 21st and Sunday, May 22 nd ,   2022 at Glenn Otto Park on the beautiful Sandy River. The event has strong art, business, and community backing.  Musicians, local food and drinks, and local restaurants will be participating at and near the festival site.

    Troutdale Arts Festival 2022 takes place outside in the beautiful Glen Otto Park in Troutdale, Oregon; The Gateway to the Columbia Gorge.

    Things to Expect:

     Booths spread out with one way pathway to provide Covid safety and procedures. 

     Planned and organized by Cascadia Art Association with volunteers and professional artists

     Strong Marketing Plan to Surrounding Areas

     Friendly Hospitality

     Free Parking

     Assistance with Load In and Load Out

     Early Setup available on Friday May 20th

     Hotel Discounts with Participating Hotels

     Silent Auction Fundraiser benefiting Cascadia Arts Assoc (CAA)

     Refund Policy Considered if Postponed, Canceled, or Virtual

    Multnomah Arts Center is pleased to sponsor a juried exhibition celebrating LATINX artists in the greater Portland area. 

    EXHIBITION DATES: May 13 - June 25, 2022 

    ENTRY DEADLINE: March 31, 2022 


    SHOW MISSION: As an organization that has served the greater Portland area for over three decades, MAC is deeply committed to fostering creative relationships with our community. How we reflect our inner and outer worlds, how we express our diversity, how we build bridges, and learn from each other are at the heart of who we are and what we do. 

    REQUIREMENTS: There is no entry fee to apply. All artists must be Oregon or Southern Washington residents. All work must be original and created by the artist. Acceptable media includes drawing, painting, printmaking, traditional and digital photography, mixed media, sculpture, ceramics, metals, jewelry, textiles, and literary works including poetry, prose, and video. Work does not need to be for sale. Artists may submit up to 3 images, 3 short videos, or 3 literary works for consideration.

    About Multnomah Arts Center: The Multnomah Arts Center (MAC) is part of the Arts & Culture Program of Portland Parks & Recreation. Since 1978, MAC has been providing excellent arts education in the visual and performing arts at an affordable cost to students of all ages. We offer programs in music, movement, dance, theater, woodshop, literary arts, conditioning, metal arts, mixed media, printmaking, drawing, painting, photography, ceramics, sculpture, textiles, and more. Programs run year-round, and scholarships are available. Along with our vibrant arts education program, MAC hosts theatre, music and dance performances, gallery exhibitions, and other special events.
