Clay in Education is asking for two individuals to evaluate the ceramic work submitted for the OPA High School Scholarship. Ceramic artists who are BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA are highly encouraged to become a juror.  We want to represent all student artists! 

Individuals need the following qualifications:

Be a current OPA Member

  1. Has applied for juried shows outside of Oregon
  2. Holds at least a Bachelor of Science degree or Bachelor of Arts degree
  3. Has an active social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  4. Be familiar with Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Forms) 

Jurors will be asked to review scholarship entries via a Google Slide presentation and then submit their scholarship rankings via a Google Form. The High School Scholarship Coordinator will provide the links and forms. The physical viewing of the scholarship entries needs to be completed by 7 pm Friday, April 28th. Rankings of scholarship entries need to be submitted by Noon on Saturday, April 29th.
